While growing up in Loudoun County, I was always doing something active. Some kind of sport, playing with friends outside for hours, it didn’t matter what it was; it always involved some kind of physical exercise. As I got older, I realized that I loved the exercise itself more than any of the particular sports I was playing. So, plain and simple, I decided to pursue exercise as a lifestyle. And with that, I figured why not also teach exercise to others along the way!

As the owner of Lion’s Den Fitness, I believe everyone should understand the relationship between exercise and a healthy life. It is not about fads, trends, or harsh diets. It is about exercising with proper form and frequency and understanding the process and outcome of what you’re doing. With this understanding, you will find the inspiration you need to stay dedicated and disciplined in your exercise and health goals….bringing you long lasting results!
