1-on-1 Training

Whether you are an athlete in training, a busy professional, a senior citizen, or an exercise enthusiast, we have programs to meet your needs. All of our classes are led by a certified personal trainer who has just one goal: To improve your health! Our program is a 12-week course suitable for people who want a disciplined introduction to fitness.

In our 1-on-1 sessions, you’ll have your trainer’s undivided attention to optimize your efforts using SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-bound) to ensure your success. We’ll work with you to fit exercise into your daily routine in the most efficient way possible. We’ll design the optimal program to yield the greatest results. At the same time, I will show you how an active life is attainable on your own.

FEE: $40/session

INTRODUCTORY OFFER: No charge for your first session. We will spend time talking about your goals and the best way to achieve them. We will also review your Health History Form

Small Group Training

Looking for a personal trainer who can work with a couple, family, or small group? Lion’s Den Fitness has the right program for you. Our workouts give you the benefit of a personal trainer’s expertise and the convenience and comradery of a group fitness class. We have programs suitable for beginners as well as exercise enthusiasts.

Our small-group training sessions are 12 weeks long. You can choose from two schedules: 2 days a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) or 3 days a week (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays). There is a limit of 8 people per class. Instruction begins on Day 1, so bring a yoga mat and be prepared for outdoors exercise.

BEGINNING LEVEL: Our program for beginners focuses on stability and mobility, proper form, core strengthening, and cardio conditioning. Each class will feature a different workout to keep things fresh.

INTERMEDIATE LEVEL: This program focuses on movement training and some resistance training with body weight interval workouts so that we keep working on stability, mobility, and core strength. Once you complete the intermediate course, you can continue with 1-on-1 training. My ultimate goal, however, is to have you maintain a healthy active life on your own!

FEES: $540/12-week program ($45/weekly or $180/monthly)

Health History Form

Fun P.E. Classes for K-5

Our small classes teach the importance of exercise and basic fundamentals of coordination—valuable in just about any sport. Our classes are designed to be fun, fast-paced, and educational.

We will start with traditional stretches and warm-ups, focusing on quality form. Then we will play fun games for cardio. To close each class, we will have a 5-minute cool-down with a brief lesson on one aspect of healthy fitness habits.

Our small classes are fun, fast-paced, and educational. They teach children the importance of exercise and the basic fundamentals of coordination, which could be valuable in just about any sport. Our students will learn to appreciate the blessings that come from exercise!

We start with traditional stretches and warm-ups, focusing on quality form. Then we play fun games for cardio. We close each class with a 5-minute cool-down and a brief lesson on healthy fitness habits.

Please have your kid(s) wear layers for the colder weather. Make sure you bring a mat, beach towel, or blanket as well as a water bottle labeled with your child’s name.

 NOTE: I cannot always guarantee the availability of a bathroom. If the church is open, we can use their restrooms.

Cancellation Fees

1-on-1 Sessions: $20 cancellation fee with 24 hours notice; $40 for same-day cancellations (barring emergencies)

Small Group Classes: $15/class (barring emergencies)
